Point East Maritime Village
Wiscasset, Maine
Point East Maritime Village, is a 30 acre mixed used development at the former Mason Station Power Plant, on the banks of the Sheepscott River. A 750 foot boardwalk along the water’s edge re-establishes access to a large section of the waterfront and leads to a 250 slip full-service marina. The Village Condominiums are housed in a series of five waterfront ‘Wharf’ buildings, whose massing, materials and courtyards are reminiscent of the scale of Quincy Marketplace, in Boston, MA.

The renovation of the existing brick power station, will include a boutique hotel, restaurants, retail space and loft condominiums, all fronting onto Maritime Square, a vibrant public plaza.
